PROMOTING & ADVOCATING FOR
RESPONSIBLE MINERAL DEVELOPMENT
The Man Who Gave Away His Gold
Roger Burgraff has been a lifetime member of the Alaska Miners Association. Roger and his wife, DeLois, recently donated their personal Gold collection to the UA Museum of the North.
To honor Burggraf’s contribution, the museum is designing a new exhibit on the history of Alaska gold mining. More than just a display of dazzling gold nuggets, the exhibit will take visitors on a journey from the small claims of the early 20th century to the large-scale industrial efforts of today.
The museum will be raising funds to support the design, installation, and maintenance of the exhibit. Please consider donating to this wonderful exhibit.
